The people and principles behind DEQORIA
DEQORIA is built around a belief that a space should feel as thoughtful as it looks. Our story began in Europe and continues in Beverly Hills, bringing a personal sense of responsibility to the places people live, work and gather.
In Southern California, that identity takes shape through remodeling, microcement and terrazzo. The common thread is our way of thinking: listen closely, choose deliberately and give each project the attention its character deserves.

From European construction
to exceptional architectural finishes.
Cristian brings more than 15 years of professional experience across European construction and architectural finishes. The experience behind DEQORIA encompasses 700+ projects, including construction work in Denmark and Germany, specialist finishes in Europe and international terrazzo installations. This foundation informs our technical knowledge, disciplined execution and attention to detail.
He founded DEQORIA to bring that experience into specialist microcement, terrazzo and natural clay plaster installation. The European portfolio spans residential, hospitality, cultural and commercial projects, united by a consistent approach to craftsmanship.

02 — A reputation built through execution
Craftsmanship that travels beyond borders.
Five-star hotels, restaurants, lounge bars and spas selected DEQORIA for premium architectural finishes where craftsmanship shapes the atmosphere. Its commercial experience includes finish installations at the headquarters of Banca Transilvania and Electrica, alongside office building projects for La Provincia.
At MINA — the Museum of Immersive New Art, Romania’s first immersive art museum — DEQORIA’s role extended beyond specialist finishes to the complete construction delivery of the project. It brought materials, execution and coordination together within one architectural vision.
Cristian’s international portfolio also includes terrazzo installations aboard cruise ships in Venice and Ancona, Italy, and Singapore, extending his execution experience into marine environments.

We are drawn to materials with an individual presence: a texture that changes with the light, a color that settles into a room or an aggregate that gives a surface its own rhythm. Their value lies in the relationship they create with the surrounding architecture.
