The Man Behind Deqoria. · Part 1 of 3

In construction, the names that matter most are rarely the ones in the press release.

They’re the ones on the jobsite at 6am — accountable for every surface, every deadline, every detail that determines whether a project becomes truly exceptional or merely finished.

Cristian is one of those names.

Over the course of 15+ years and 700+ projects across Europe, he operated at the intersection of scale and precision:

— Luxury residential developments in Copenhagen’s Nord Havn

— Large-scale housing complexes in Hamburg, Germany

— Full masonry supervision of LEGO’s personnel quarter in Billund, Denmark — every building, every wall, his responsibility

What he learned across those projects wasn’t just technical mastery. It was a deep understanding of what premium actually demands — in materials, in execution, in client relationships.

He brought that understanding back to Romania — and founded Deqoria.
